Where is my order?

Once the order is processed, you will receive a notification via email and another notification will be sent once the tracking number is generated.

What happens if I receive a defective item?

If you are reporting a defective item, please attach photographs of the defects in the product to help us take a timely action for your request. We process all such exchanges at no extra cost to you.

Can I get same day delivery?

Unfortunately, We do not provide one day delivery due to some limitations..

Is placing an order with ITINE secure?

Yes. Your order is protected by SSL encryption technology and the Safe Shopping Guarantee by Paypal.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal etc. We can only accept one form of payment per order with the exception of using a ITINE gift card as a partial payment.

Do I have to pay customs for my exchange item ?

The customs fee on the replacement item may or may not apply depending on the import rules of the respective country. ITINE will not be liable for any such customs charges. If you refuse to take delivery of the product(s), as a result of import taxes, customs duties, and fees, ITINE reserves the right to charge you for the return cost of the product(s). This amount will be deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.

In how many days i can return the product?

We accept returns & exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery for orders placed on our website. Items bought under clearance sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These sales are final.
